Our QS team is dedicated maintain the highest level of performance in costs planning, value engineering, risk management and procurement to ensure that our customers budget is both respected and adhered to. When Icon Projects works on a project, we understand that the goal is for our customer to make a profit from utilizing the facility so construction costs have to be tightly managed at all times.
