Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, manage and coordinate construction, fit-out and renovation activities.
  • Represent the company as the leading project manager on allocated projects including client and consultant meetings.
  • Prepare and review project programs and schedules.
  • Prepare and finalize statements for scope of planned works.
  • Solicit and review qualifications and proposals from consultants or contractors for projects. Help negotiate and review contracts for professional services.
  • Manage deliverables including design and purchasing requirements for each project and maintain project schedules.

Senior Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • To prepare and update the Master Construction Programme and other schedules under the direction of the Project Manager.
  • To assist in planning and facilitating offsite and onsite mobilization.
  • To set up and maintain document control procedures
  • To control the drawings distribution and keep proper receipt records. Prepare the master list of control drawings for updating the revision status. Ensure the latest revision of construction drawings is properly distributed to the working parties in due course.
  • To act as the Drawing Controller under the Quality Assurance System.

  • To participate in the material purchasing and support material controller in the material checking, handling, stock inventory checking, etc.

  • Tertiary education in a relevant field (preferred but not essential)
